Data we collect

When you use the quote request form, we receive your name, phone number, email address, the service concerned, your message and, if you attach one, your file (a plan or photo).

We collect no other data on this website: no accounts, no newsletter, no profiling.

Purpose and legal basis

We use this data only to reply to your request and prepare a quote. Processing is based on your consent and on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6⁠(1)⁠(a) and (b) GDPR).

Recipients

Your data is intended for S.à r.l. and is never sold or passed on.

Two technical providers act on our behalf: Cloudflare (website hosting and form delivery, certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework) and Infomaniak Network SA in Switzerland (email hosting; the European Commission recognises Switzerland as providing adequate protection).

How long we keep it

If your request does not lead to an order, your data is deleted no later than three years after our last exchange. If it does, we keep it for as long as the work and our legal obligations require, including accounting.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable format, or withdraw your consent, by writing to info@novotherme.lu.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Commission nationale pour la protection des données (CNPD), 15, boulevard du Jazz, L-4370 Belvaux (cnpd.public.lu).

Cookies

This website uses no advertising cookies and no tracking tools. During your visit, the site only stores, in your browser, the direction of navigation used for page transitions.

The “Directions” button opens Google Maps in a new tab, where Google's privacy policy applies.
